The live stage version of Raymond Briggs' much-loved book "The Snowman" continues to delight children everywhere as it returns to London's Peacock Theatre for its 10th anniversary year.
This clip gives a taster of the magical live stage experience as the Snowman flies through the night sky above the audience on a night-time quest for adventure. Enchanting!

Don't knock it before seeing it. No show can ever beat the film but this show was absolutely brilliant! For all ages! Personal favourites were the motorbike/dancing coconut and of course walking in the air! Must see show!

How beautiful!!! I remember watching the cartoon on Nickelodeon back in the 1980s and I loved it but I had no idea that they had turned it into a stage play! Thank you for posting this, I just loved it.

Yes, the live show is done without speaking. The only words are the song you hear in the trailer.

In the original cartoon the snowman brings the lil boy all around the world to see xmas in other countries. Banana i believe is from an islander's xmas.
