@@MaciejPiotrowski Yes, there's this video that shows 4 gaskets on the part inside. I ordered the gaskets, but they're not the right ones. the outside 2 (the ones you can see without dissassembly) are frayed and no longer even stretchy. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKLHXoWLidaFidE (I took photos of the gasket sizes he shows in this video).

Should I try replacing the whole brew unit? I have the same problem and greatly appreciated your video. I cleaned the brew unit, replaced the gaskets, and greased the moving parts. Still having the excess coffee in disposal tray and soggy/half-sized espresso pucks. I tried to open the full panel, but the bottom, center screw is stripped. Do you have any other suggestions?

have you cleaned the metal mesh filter that pushes against coffee ? maybe it's clogged, and not enough water goes through it ?

@@MaciejPiotrowski - thank you so much for responding! Yes, I cleaned the metal filter. Not sure what else I messed up, but after putting everything back together, clean water is draining everywhere, I’m getting the clean water circuits light, and no water will come out of the wand. 😞

After you change the seals (gaskets), is it necessary to grease them? I've seen in another video that the seals were greased, but I'm not sure if this is correct because I think some grease might end up in the coffee. Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

@@florinmoraru2229 Yes I apply grease on the outside of gaskets to make them operate smoother and protect the rubber. I Use my finger for it

check brewing section for cloggs. Check that metal grid. Maybe your water hose is broke. You need to open the machine and see if you have any leaks from inside. Also motor pumping water might be dead.
