Мирослав, подскажите пожалуйста, в каких случаях кофеварка сбрасывает воду через отверстие за носиком бойлера. Когда открываешь кран горячей воды, то часто вода начинает течь ручьем в поддон из этого отверстия. Если накрутить кран подачи горячей воды сильнее, то начинает идти пар вместо кипятка и слышен треск сильный. Спасибо за помощь. Кофеварка Solis Master 5000. Устройство у нее точно такое, только шабатурка другая :)

Hi sir, I am using saeco royal for 3 years and now i have a problem, it grind all beans but no coffee come out. Display screen shows "Decalcify". Really appreciate your advise and reply. Thank you very much in advance.

reiss clubTV you have to run a decalcify program. Buy a good coffeemaker decalcifier either powder or solution, prepare it as instructions on the box, put it in the water tank. Then press the program menu button and up/down buttons until you see “decalcify” on the screen. Select it, then put an empty container under the stem wand and open the steam dial all the way. This is easier if you remove the drip tray. The machine will run the decalcify solution through the system and this should clear up blockage. If it is long time since you have done decalcify (once per month is recommended) you may have to do it 2 times. At the end of the decalcify program close the steam valve, choose esc on the screen, and wait till machine is ready. Then run a full tank of clean water through the machine by pressing the hot water dispensing button until the tank is empty to rinse out any decalcify solution left. (Use a large container to catch the water). Then machine should make coffee again.

Забыл добавить, что лечится если несколько раз покрутить регулятор подачи воды/пара. Т.е. как бы вкл/выкл подачу.
