1. Sell Rashford and Garnacho. I don't think players who ignore the fans or get affected by a comment should be in the club. A player should be affected that much until he doesn't celebrate. He should leave , I grew seeing Cantona .. Beckham and Ronaldo getting hate by fans and media but they never responded but did the job on the pitch. 2.Get better and hungry wingers 3. Settled the team maybe identify another midfielder to replace Bruno . 4. Get Maguire out 5.Stick to his principal and not change for "big names "

As a Sporting fan, Ruben relies extremely on his staff. Ruben is a little genius, looks all cute & all, but he has a short fuse and is very stubborn. There's a reason why Man United had to buy his staff as well. Ruben would not leave Sporting for Man United now, without his staff. The deal wasn't 10M euros, it was almost 12M. (Sporting got their money back when they initially hired him). INEOS had to accept this deal...and this deal obligated INEOS to make a lot of changes within the club. Ruben knew that going to Man United would change his life, but he wasn't that desperate. INEOS' despare for change, made Ruben excited. It's a win win for both sides. Ruben keeps his staff, work ethic and (some) freedom, while INEOS cleans house, starts fresh, and has better Management. When everybody is on the same page, everything becomes a bit easier to manage on a daily basis.

1. Let the fans know that you will stick to your system no matter what. 2. Don’t be pressured to play fans’ favorites when you discover some of them can’t work in your system. 3. Remove all toxic players especially the ones who can’t be asked. Be RUTHLESS! 4.Sort out the midfield and forward positions. 5.Rotate these players & develop WINNERS. *Please be patient with Zirkzee 🙏🏾❤️😭

@ Well Garnacho needs to be matured up by Amorim or he can leave then and Antony I mean sell him doesn’t matter about his attitude or anything it’s about his skills as a player. Imo, I don’t care both of them leave as long as you replace them with better players that are better on ball and have the right mindset to come to Manchester United and perform better than those two.

1) Play your system no matter what. That's why you were brought in. Destroy player power once and for all. Up the levels. We are United. 2) Use the squad plus youth players who are ready. Earn the right to be in the first 11 3) No more favourites. Play the players that you think honestly deserve it. Even if that means dropping the captain. Remember he's not your captain. Don't be afraid to make those big calls 4) Get rid of toxic players and players who are there for money over career. Maguire comes to mind. 5) Get the best players to fit your system. If they don't fit. You will know this by the end of the season sell them or let them. The same way you sacked the coaches sack the players. Like Maguire Shaw and Victor. They are no longer required.

so what happens re:standards - for the players you need to protect and look after to get the best out of. Rashford for example. If you say keep up or get out - there will be no-one left. In theory yes this is how to improve standards, but the real world of being a manager has more complexity. Not all can be given a black and white altimatum. Hair dryer or arm around - the manager needs the skills to do both and inspire players.

As a Sporting supporter I don't understand how they are already making excuses for if Amorim doesn't work out. Amorim is hella stubborn, focusses alot on training and throws his toys out the pram publicly. He's great in certain aspects but very weak in others. He hasn't felt pressure yet. I hope things go well for you guys. Sporting and Portugal is not Man Utd and Engeland. And many players you say are Amorim players are actually Sporting/Viana players

I dont agree Adam. hasnt style of Barca or RM changed during last 10 years? i think it changed drastically, what does not change much that it is a 3 team league where some teams are much richer than others. that is it. also Bayern you are actually given to win, just like PSG. every team changes its style under new manager!!! other thing is about standards like dominate ball 65% of the game, control it, and try to score more than opponent. I don’t think Ruben has all the tools to make miracle, but hope he surprises me, but just stay put and patient, he has got a squad to make top 4 , that what we have to demand. may be a cup can do well for positivity. that is it.

I think their styles evolved with the times and differed manager to manager but they still played like a barca or RM is expected to play. Like we never saw a "sit back and counter" barca side 😂you can change managers but their style shouldn't be the opposite of the previous manager or a completely different style or you will end up like united with possession players, counter attacking players, gangen-press players. which makes it impossible for a team to have proper system or adapt quickly to a new manager.
