@tpianist by the way ,what does Knaben mean ? I know Sanger is the german word for chanteur/ singer but Knaben ....???

@virginielafrench3921 Knaben means "boys". So a Knabenchor is a boy's choir. But knaben is more of a traditional, kind of outdated word, it is mostly used related to singing boys nowadays. Older people still use it regularly, but for the young generation it sounds a bit outdated and you would use the word "Junge" for a boy
