More like its their responsibility to provide them cooked properly as they held the challenge and if not for the crowd warning off eating raw batter, I think no way the establishment would have cared if she suffered, got sick. I wouldn't eat there, that's a 100% fact.

@@fingerprint5511 the chef literally said he'd never cooked 14 inch pancakes before lol. it was an easy mistake. pancakes were never meant to be that big, it takes an hour to cook cakes that large so.

I imagine cooking pancakes that big would be super tricky. They're basically cake cakes when that big and a griddle is not ideal. But everyone handled it great.

I truly do not understand how she appears so slim and well. My husband ate six pancakes I had made then consumed another batch that his aunt brought over. He ended up in hospital that night. I have never ever made pancakes in the following forty five years. My admiration for Katina is endless.

I used to make 22 inch pancakes to promote the brunch menu for my bosses. Low and slow on the griddle then into a 650 degree pizza oven for a minute. So much fun seeing everyone’s reaction 😊

An entertaining vid, but my favorite part was the beginning and seeing Big Randy rocking a Scally cap. Ireland is one of the parts of the world to find a good Scally at. I have a few and all but one were purchases here at home in the USA. The other came from Scotland and it's a quilted patch pattern like his. I hope to have one from Ireland someday.

Katina, I'm glad you brought those undercooked pancakes to the cook's attention. You did it in a very respectful way. You weren't rude or demanding. I'm glad you didn't eat them like that. That can be very dangerous. Joel Hansen faced that same issue, in one of his challenges. He cut into a steak so rare, it practically mooed. It was disgusting, but Joel wouldn't send it back. He ate it that time, but there was another time where he did ask them to put it back on the grill for a few minutes. They were so rude. I don't think they even apologized to Joel. He's a nice guy and he assumed, as do the rest of us, that businesses will play fair with these challenges. Spoiler alert: not all of them do. But in this case, it came down to the size of the pancakes. It would be very hard to know if the pancakes are being cooked on the inside. Those people were so nice about it. But then again, I'll always have a love for Ireland; a place I have never been. My dad's side of the family are from County Cork.

Steak is one thing but nothing will ever beat the raw ground beef burger Randy ate in Spain. He has it up on his channel if you search for it. It was quite a while back. He got bad food poisoning from it.

That was epic..you had to stop part way! Even if they never cooked it before..they should've checked for doneness and you can always cook them on both sides partially and then fire all 3 in an oven to finish.
