I brought it in 1.8 Cr. in 2022 and the re-sale price which was offered to me is 2.9 Cr this year. The price will increase when Jewar International airport will become operational.

Ace infrastructure and amenities wise is still good but 3cr is too much, but guys its so funny that even noida extension new projects ate offering the same price ..there are only handful companies in noida .. but the price hike is like as if its Mumbai 😂

3.5 cr only gen z fools can buy this on home loan in such a distant place. In this price, we can buy in Delhi or nearby . I bet there is nothing outside in the road in terms of public transport/ safety. also schools hospital must be costly as well. Local market i bet is not nearby too so groceries online + Expensive. Loot lo bhai ginne chune gen z le sakte hai vo bhi loan per .. phir agle 10 -15 saal tak ye flat ki keemat kitni aur badhegi no idea. Bass lene k rate hain,, bechne k nahi

Noida is not good place to live lot of crime....see the police station and courts , in one section there are 10,000 lawyers :) Before buying any house always go to the court and police station and see how many people are there then decide to live or not...
