Sir , i appreciate you shared some negative for Gulshan this time at least. Waise luxury ki defination thoda Aur acche se defined ho sakti thi. Density ko itna value dena, urben area me sahi paimana nahi hai. Density is important but just olay 25% role, another 25% is open space and greenery in project itself,next 25% is size of appartment, (should be min 3000 sqft) and last but not the least is amanites like heated swimming pool, triple height lobbies, 1L + sqft club , per lift appartment ratio etc.

Jaypee Wishtown has always been a wonderful location, I think there no such location which gives u great feeling. Due to Jaypee’s disputes rate were low and people never showed interest, but this place is excellent
