Sir , i appreciate you shared some negative for Gulshan this time at least. Waise luxury ki defination thoda Aur acche se defined ho sakti thi. Density ko itna value dena, urben area me sahi paimana nahi hai. Density is important but just olay 25% role, another 25% is open space and greenery in project itself,next 25% is size of appartment, (should be min 3000 sqft) and last but not the least is amanites like heated swimming pool, triple height lobbies, 1L + sqft club , per lift appartment ratio etc.

Pandey ji, agar aapne video pura nahin dekha to krapya pahle video pura dekhein aur tab batayein ki kya mein luxury ki promotion kar raha hoon ya aapko jaagruk kar raha hoon. Mera kaam samaaj ke har varg ko jaagruk karna hai, Maine koi affordable property batane ke liye ye channel nahin khola. Aap jaise log to kabhi khush nahin rah sakte.
