Looks like a good neighborhood to invest in but to live in. How long would a fire engine take to reach this hood in case of a fire? Do those houses have elevators? How is the drainage infrastructure and then there is the concern of neighborhood noise from cars, churches, and maybe bars. Off grid living is the only option to some of us accustomed to quiet residential areas.

Most residents don't mind the noise, drainage is okay and it'll only take like ten to twenty minutes for a fire engine to get there. 5% of the buildings have elevators, you are right it's a good place to invest, the population is very high
