You guys could have an event or competition to come up with good trap ideas, designs, and strategies to solve this problem. And then fund the most viable ideas. You put enough minds together and I think you can solve this problem. We have tech now that can help recognize between snake species by shape of head and skin patterns to decide which snake to trap.
