The Anvil C8R Rescue is the best ship for this and many other things. Mine has better components (Quantum drive + shields). When coming out of quantum, set shields 100%, go in fight mode and set speed 220.Use Noise/Decoy against the first missles and park right below where the panels connect (close to the main body of the station / close to the walls). EVA from left or right side up to the entrance. When done, directly quantum travel away from station. But with 3.23 most of the time the tigerclaw/terminal input UI will not show.

does the dragonfly work? or is it too big

When I tried with the Dragonfly it got popped right as I got to the opening. However they have changed how turrets perceive Gravlevs in 3.23, so I need to revisit this
