Illinois does have some nice crossings, I’d say. There is a troublesome one in Mundelein at IL 60/83 and Diamond Lake Road where the right lane ends right before the crossing. They’ll eventually widen the road to four lanes and construct a bridge over the at-grade crossing. There are actually multiple grade-separated crossings in Lake County, which are costly but better traffic-wise.

Yeah, y'all have some nice signals up that way. I have found that most states have at least some nice signals if you look hard enough.
