So if we use it with vehicle belt only, what happens if the belt is cutting into child's face etc, can we buy additional seat belt covers as padding?

Hi, Im planning on buying this car seat, but just curious if this seat could also be anchored in a vehicle without ISOFIX hooks? so just with a seat belt, behind the seat? Sometimes we might have to switch the seat to a family members car that doesn't have the ISOFIX hooks... just making sure we could still use this seat?
