For what is the red clip i have to attach to the seat belt? Also I find that the chair is not completely stable when I put it in group 1 with the seatbelt at the back.

I cannot find any crash test data on this seat or a user manual. I also cannot find this model on the safety first website. Where can I get the manual and crash data and why is the seat not on the website?
