Safety Glasses over Prescription Glasses, Can you Do it?

Can you wear safety glasses over prescription glasses?
The short answer is, yes. You can. Your eyes won’t suffer damage or any harm if you wear safety glasses over your prescription glasses. It doesn’t affect your vision or causes any short or long-term damage. If anything, it could provide more protection. If, for instance, you are working in an environment where there is lots of flying sand or other debris, wearing safety glasses over your prescription glasses can give your eyes some additional protection. Besides giving more protection, it might also be an easier thing to do. If you go in and out of the workplace a lot, it might be easier to be able to take off your safety glasses and put them back on whenever needed, rather than having prescription safety glasses where you need to wear them at all times.
But, you need to find safety glasses that are big enough to wear. For one pair of fit-over safety frames, you might want to look at our PSG SP16 safety glasses. If you want to wear safety glasses that are completely shut off, you will not be able to wear your prescription eyewear under them. I can see without glasses it is just eye strain should I just wear goggles?

Hi Elaa Designs, eye strain is commonly caused by long-term use of computers, digital devices, phones, reading, or driving long distances. It can be managed by limiting activities that cause it and making lifestyle changes; also, if you are currently wearing glasses, please make sure that they have the coatings needed, such as the blue blocker coating. Some other recommendations to treat this condition are: -Blink often to refresh your eyes -Take eye breaks -Check the lighting and reduce glare -Adjust your monitor light -Use a document holder -Adjust your screen settings
