Elf and safety would go mad over this!!! No orange jackets either. Love the way of tamping ballast round the live rail with a metal shovel too. Bet no one risk assessed that one!

Safety rules of this time always seem to be oblivious of human error and bad luck causing accidents. It'r really strange...

Nower days they wouldn't allow people to put their feet between the outer positive rail and the running line.... They tend to tell them step over both of them together in one move.. how times have changed

I was taught to step over the positive conductor rail and running rail then negative conductor rail and running rail
