She wasn't careful she wasn't paying attention to the needle when she was calling his name she was taking it out and looking straight at him. In this case she could've prevented it

This was so fake! She purposely stabbed herself she could have pulled it out and put it to the side. It would have made more sense of it happened while she was pulling it out and then he bumped her during the seizure
