I honestly cant thank you enough saffron. You honestly dont know how much you help me everyday. I suffer from really bad anxiety so i barely go out but im trying to push myself and watching your videos help me achieve that! Even going to the shop to get food its so difficult. ❤️ Your honestly such a lovely, genuine girl and you help me so much. I still struggle with social anxiety to this day and I know how it feels like. It feels like you want to do more, to be "normal", to live life, to talk to people easily, to enjoy every single thing but having so much in your head kind of stops you from that. I don't remember going to parties with my friends or having fun, I've always choosen to be by myself, with my own thoughts. Now I'm better and it's because I worked on this, it's not an easy process at all. I am so glad that you found something helpful that works for you, even watching youtube. Enjoy life because it's the most beautiful gift and don't let anxiety and problems consume you, you are way stronger. Hope you are having a good day and everything is going well. Xx

Try to go on walks, this helped me a lot. I take my chihuahua dog with me and sometimes go on bike rides, listening to music and letting the wind going through my hair. I don't have friends either but you are your bff for the rest of your life, so everything's great. ;)

Nooooooo ... don't move out of your house!!! Your house is big & gorgeous 🏡. It's nice to have that extra room. Ask Wendy & Dazza to consider putting in a swimming pool. Maybe even partially enclosed, that way in the winter you could have family Water volleyball games. And you could swim laps for exercise. Just don't sell your house ... it is so lovely.

I lived in my old house for 13 years. The only house i remember and was so so devastated when it was time too move. Its all the memories, growing up in that house not the house its self. And it feels so weird knowing someone is in my house. 😭😭

I prefer the hot weather too. Its horrible being freezing I literally walk home in the freezing cold from work. I moved too a new house last Thursday and it does upset me as the old house where I used too live I made so much memories, Now I'm starting fresh at the new house. She had open heart surgery and sepsis from October till March. I have only just gotten the courage to speak about it.
