When safi jiva put his ire on me, I was ready to fight, UNTIL I HEARD THE NOST HORRIFYING VERSION OF he’s a simple sailor. and so I told myself, run as fast as you can, your life depends on it, and when my friends asked me why I was running, I played this song, and they understand why.

To me, the scariest part about the theme is always that siren-like wail, coupled with the sudden distorted boom. It's like there's an actual alarm going off in the hunter's mind as they realize Safi is going for them *and only* them. It honestly gives me the chills.

Although redirected by the commission, it could've died somewhere else, perhaps where the guiding lands is now 🤷🏾‍♂️ well that's how I see it atleast. Regardless, safijiiva really might still be nerfed, because if everything had fell into place for the the first xenojiiva, it would have been a whole other problem, perhaps black dragon level

@@_MegaMind_ Zorah would need a LOT of time to decay into the guiding lands. We only drove "our" zorah away towards the ocean. If this was the zorah we fought, then it would've still been alive. It's impossible that it hadn't decomposed and fossilized itself into TGL that quickly.

For my first time playing this, I remember I got targeted for the entire fight, so this became the default theme, and for it being my first, it was so intense and Epic---had a blast trying to dodge everything he threw at me. Thank you, Capcom for giving me that experience

The heartbeat sound literally increases in speed as the theme becomes more aggressive. It’s like both our hunter’s and Safi’s heartbeat together. Omfg I love this detail so much

@Serena Maslon because when I do I keep the aggro doing mad damage and generally keep it near the ledge to get like 2 mounts-- usually helps for tail cut too, GS is great for doing huge chunks of damage to keep the aggro and with tackle and guard you have options to stave it off with a decent sheathe time to heal in a pinch so its a great weapon for keeping him on you-- id rather have him on me than someone without a block or that I see carting from it

Keep this in mind: Safi’jiiva is *barely fully-grown.* You can just imagine the power of this beast, in its prime… Remember this, Safi is only as old as 10 years, at best. Imagine this thing gets as old as Fatalis, and reaches its full potential…

To avoid controversy about Safi’s age: 1. We first encountered Xeno, literally as it was emerging, from the womb. I’d say it’s about a 10-year gap, between the encounter of Xeno, and Safi. 2. Yes, it is *the same dragon.* Xeno can’t die. Xeno is an immortal, among immortals. We never recovered the body, it was slowly regenerating, regaining strength. Until it eventually turned into this beast… 3. After adulthood, Xeno does not age like the others. It is a dragon of pure bio-energy. This means that it can continuously absorb more and more energy, become stronger and stronger. First, an Elder, (Xeno). Second, a Red Dragon, (Safi). And after that, a Black Dragon. The reason i didn’t say finally, is because Safi’s potential can most likely grow, beyond that, of a black dragon.
