Honestly it was this series that inspired when I had some trouble with my first black lipstick. It was a Nyx Suede (I believe) and a gorgeous colour, but it was so dry, flaking and staining so I hardly wore it cause it would just not stay on prettily. So, I decided something had to be done. I mean; I can do some bad makeup science of my own, right? I had a lovely dark purple lip cream - a colour I also had as a pretty lipstick, so it was slightly despendable - and I began scraping up my black Nyx lipstick, mixing it up with vaseline and then mixing it into the lip cream tube. And let me tell you; never have I had so perfect a formular! It's durable, very pigmented, matte yet not dry and just so nice! Finally I can look like goddess of night and shadows! Thank you Saf, for setting the perfect example and inspiring me to be just slightly unhinged! XD
