Q&A with Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Bruhl. Moderated by Jenelle Riley, Variety.
Two-time Academy Award® winner Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind, Frost/Nixon), teams once again with fellow two-time Academy Award® nominee, writer Peter Morgan (Frost/Nixon, The Queen), on Rush, a spectacular big-screen re-creation of the merciless 1970s rivalry between James Hunt and Niki Lauda.
The epic action-drama stars Chris Hemsworth (The Avengers) as the charismatic Englishman James Hunt and Daniel Brühl (Inglourious Basterds) as the disciplined Austrian perfectionist Niki Lauda, whose clashes on the Grand Prix racetrack epitomized the contrast between these two extraordinary characters, a distinction reflected in their private lives.
Set against the sexy and glamorous golden age of Formula 1 racing, Rush portrays the exhilarating true story of two of the greatest rivals the world has ever witnessed--handsome English playboy Hunt and his methodical, brilliant opponent, Lauda. Taking us into their personal lives on and off the track, Rush follows the two drivers as they push themselves to the breaking point of physical and psychological endurance, where there is no shortcut to victory and no margin for error. If you make one mistake, you die.

These boys have such great chemistry. I love Daniel Brühl with all my heart. I started noticing him when he was in Eva, A Cloverfield Paradox, and Captain America: Civil War. I then started watching his other work, A Woman in Gold, Inglorious Basterds, and now Rush due to my love for his talent and handsome face. I would love for him to return to the MCU as Baron Zemo, and I want to see more of him in future films!

If you haven't already seen it, I would highly recommend you seek out a copy of Goodbye Lenin, one of Daniel's early german films. It's an incredible movie! Thank me later!

I totally agree! I've become a huge fan since seeing him in Rush just a couple of months ago. I saw him in Inglorious Basterds but he didn't really catch my eye...mainly because I was watching it for Fassbender. But after Rush I couldn't get his performance out of my head...I love the character of Niki I was rooting for him from the word go. I have since seeked out alot more of his movies...even some where I have to read subtitles all the way through lol. Chris is ok but abit boring...I'm into unique looking guys, Daniel is beautiful! ❤👌

One of the many reasons I love this masterpiece of a film is because it proves that you don't have to have a good guy and bad guy! People are just who they are! There does not have to be a battle of good and bad!
