Possibly the best episode of this series I’ve seen. Goodman’s so down to earth, so anti-bs, and the interviewer wasn’t a cloying fangirl, although she paid respect. And shifted as necessary instead of sticking to her question list. Nice work.

Mr. Goodman has no idea the impact he has on millions of people’s lives. I grow up in Costa Rica, watching him in Rosanne and I remember my brother falling in love with his character of a father full of love and lots of fun. My brother and I grew up without a father, never had that image of a man we could look up to, John Goodman was out TV dad. Especially for my brother, he was an obese child and seeing Goodman as a large man I think making him feel comfortable with the way he looked.
