I just watched Once Upon A Time... for the third time and I picked up on so many things I missed the first two times in the theater. THAT'S the sign of a classic film, finding new and fun things every time you watch it. Once Upon A Time reminds me that true visionary cinema isn't dead yet. I could watch Cliff and Rick hang out for hours. And I wish there were 10 episodes of Bounty Law I could watch as I sipped a whiskey sour as well as The 14 Fists Of McCluskey.
@BCS11055 жыл бұрын

Just saw this film last night. I don't think it's Tarantino's best in terms of filmmaking. I don't think it's Tarantino's best in terms of entertainment. It's not Tarantino's best in terms of cool factor and quotable lines. Yet I'm thinking this might be my favorite Quentin Tarantino movie. Maybe because I have a fondness for the time period and a fascination for the Manson family. And no I'm not some weirdo who's a fan of Charles Manson. Seeing the family members get destroyed is one of the most satisfying things I've ever seen on film.

I agree with your overall point that it might be my favorite as well, but I think it is his best in filmmaking and cool factor.
