In the USA, this food processor is sold as the Breville Sous Chef, in Australia it's the Breville Kitchen Wizz Pro, and in the UK it's the Sage Kitchen Wizz Pro. That which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet; but it is a bit confusing in this age of the Worldwide Web. ;-) BTW, as of December of 2014 this is Consumer Reports' top rated food processor, and America's Test Kitchen reports that it would be their top choice if it weren't so expensive. As the kids would say: It. Just. Works.

Oh, and in the USA (and I assume Canada if it's sold there) the quad-blade chopping unit is not available. We get a two-blade "S-Blade" instead. The reason is that we use 110-120 volt current, and the UK and Australia have 220 volt current. So our motor isn't as powerful as theirs. Other than that, everything in this video applies as far as I can tell.

+SeikiBrian Why the heck aren't our machines in the US as powerful as the ones in the UK and Australia? :( I really, really dig that quad-blade!!!!! So damned disappointed.

Ayram9 -- Because we have 120 volt, 60 Hertz A/C current, and they 220v, 50Hz. I suppose you could have an electrician install a 220v outlet in your kitchen (we use them for ranges and clothes driers), and then buy a UK version of the Breville and have a US-style 220v plug put on it, but that's a lot of time, effort, and money for very little added benefit, and that's assuming it would work with 60Hz.

wow, I thought they were all different models lol

@Outlaw.44 The reason for the different wattage ratings is because of the difference in voltage. It's not really "half the performance," though.

Correct.

Sage is owned by the same company that owns Breville USA and Breville Australia and that is Breville Group Limited in Australia. Breville UK is not related or owned by Breville Group Limted. If you have any further questions please dont hesitate to contact us at customerservice@sageappliances.co.uk Kind regards.

Haha, I see you edited out that whole parsley leaf that was stuck up the top :-P I'm excited to be picking one of these up next week. Gone are the noisy days of brushed motors. This is the best food processor I've ever seen. It has a dough blade as well, but is for simple dough I take it, not things like bread?
