looks pretty fun, once you remember Toxieukradosiproghaima and all the other abilities. why'd they name em like that bruh

Idk! I just work here... though they seem extremely medical in terminology and it scares me when I think about that.

Like your videos, but I think the reliance on Toxicon is off. Dosis should be your primary DPS on single target with Phlegma being used when up. Toxicon is good when you need to move and can't cast dosis.

I understand and agree with your point, to an extent. Any damage ability based on a token, such as Adderskill, should be used before hitting max tokens. If you're not casting it regularly to avoid a Eukrasian Diagnosis shield break to provide another token, you're wasting them. That's why Toxicon is a priority, in my mind.

We're going to agree to disagree then. I'm not a meta dps healer by any stretch but I'm pretty sure it's a dps loss when you use toxicon instead of dosis. (Versus single target and assuming you're constantly using e.diagnosis to proc shield break)

@@jg7068 After some more play time - hard casting Dosis isn't the play if you have Adderskill to cast Toxicon, especially in boss fights in trials/raids. The constant MP spend is detrimental to the heals you'll need to cast. So, the rotation still stands. MP management is key in longer and harder fights, so using Toxicon mitigates that and sets you up for burst heals :D

@@Nelstar15 yea, we’re going to agree to disagree. MP is a non issue unless you’re dying or you’re rezzing a lot because others are dying.

Still feel like eukrasian dosis (application of dot) should trigger a regen on the kardion'd target.

I'm not going to disagree with you, at all. If anything, I feel it should apply a HOT on the target with Kardion.

I just started playing sage in boss fights easy mobs, I just can’t do unless it’s a warrior tank but I will try the keeping shields on take I don’t know why I never thought of it. Lol

When you go into big pulls, try Krasis + Physis + Karachole if you're having trouble. That'll take a bit of stress off your plate!

So… we we just supposed to be literally constantly applying eukrasian barriers to the tank/party for the addersting,, use toxikon as to not have 3 stacks then back to barriers barriers barriers?? It’s a fun rotation but fuck it feels so much more frantic and full of “oh shit” moments than whm lol, I feel like during beefy pulls it’s A LOT of playing catch up and hoping shit will work out lmao it makes me feel like I’m playing it incorrectly

There are definitely some nuances that have come to light since this video was made and the more difficult end-game encounters have been released. At the end of the day, you want to be rotating between shields and damage. With the tank busters in the EX trials, it's easy to cast Eukrasian Diagnosis on the tanks to generate Toxikon. Tox becomes extremely valuable in almost every EX and Raid encounter due to the movement necessary. That being said - if you're not paired with a good healer, you're spending more time screaming OH SHIT instead of taking time to DPS outside of you're traditional mitigations and shields. SO - that being said, casting your shields and mitigations where necessary should be priority #1, followed by Phlegma then by dosis or Toxikon, depending on the situation. If I see that a party member is about to take damage, I'll instinctively cast Eukrasian Diagnosis for the Tox stack. That's just me though, and a lot of variations of the rotation have come to light. Ultimately, it's about taking these main abilities and finding the rotation that best fits the party composition.
