I just did something I've never done and it worked well? I put some coconut milk on my eye lids? I read that coconut only helps your vision should you get some in it. So I tried it as I'd gotten a little sun round there. And it really worked well Thank-you for this exercise too

Hi Peta! I've just rolled back to Series 1 after going through to Series 6 and am enjoying the updates. I don't remember some of the little tips from before; I think it will really help to use the little fingers alongside the mouth for the saggy baggies i do not want. Shafi Sham: That is a totally different subject. I know people that claim that yoga exercises help with adding on about a half inch (a centimeter) or so to height because it stretches the spinal column just a bit and improves your posture. BTW you should always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. And get training or take a class from a certified professional trainer/teacher to make sure you do exercise correctly and safely. Other than that, there is nothing I know about that would naturally increase your height drastically. Just exercise, stretch properly and have a good posture. I'm ok with being short as long as I'm healthy, and fit.

No you cannot skip any exercises, so you need to make a decision whether to follow the program or not. With TMJ and this exercise, you can do it very lightly to still get the exercise without exacerbating the problem. But, remember just micro movements.

Hi Maria, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years Peta has a program if we follow the program we can achieve wonderful results we must follow the program just as Peta tells us here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

Hi Peta, just a question about the order of the exercises. Do I do 50 repetitions of each series and then 100 and so on? Or should I do 50, 100 and 150 or the first series before jumping onto the second one? You might have explained this a million times, sorry :)

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right or not.i started 2 weeks ago on series one and I do the exercise for 9:54 seconds every night for 2 weeks. 50 reps. Am I supposed to be doing other facial exercise along with that or not? And if so which ones? Please help cause I don't know what to do...

Janis, if its only small clicking, and sometimes i hear it too, massage the top of the jaw bone near the ear before you do the exercise for about 3 mins. you will find it will relax it

Hi mtersa, the facial flex only works certain muscles and will over build those muscles giving a misshapen look. You need to do a full face routine.
