For those few who disliked this video: You have no idea the benefits this system offers. I’m sure you just read the title, you watched it, you imitated the exercise and pressed the thumbs down button. We tend to look for the specific problem. Because that is the one that we start noticing. But all the muscles of the face and the neck work together. We can’t isolate them. Please, give yourself a chance. Take your time to understand the program and follow it. It is not a playlist of random exercises. It is a perfectly structured system and of course, a system has procedures and techniques. I’ve been doing it for 4 months and I have noticed a big difference. I don’t know Peta and I’m not sponsored. I just really appreciate what Peta offers. She shares her knowledge and I can tell, her knowledge is a treasure for our face muscles. Start from the beginning and follow the process.

They are probably all the ones getting Botox and wanting a quick fix, anyway, instead of paying attention and learning how to do something for themselves. Their loss. Peta rules, and I don't want anything injected into my face, or plastic surgery. She's a lot easier on the wallet, too!

Thanks! I have not followed the program or stuck wtih this, but I see the value of her videos and have tried a few of them and feel they will be effective. Today, I premanently nuked my Facebook account - The time I spent/wasted on there, I could be doing stuff like putting some schedules time into this and other things, of course.

P.S. Also wanted to share, after hospitalization last year with Pneumonia. I wasn't able to do my facial work out. So I had to restart but it's finally showing results. Ppl understand this is a lifetime committment. We will continue to age, so Peta's program is the Holy Grail....

Bones that are not used will shrink. You can really see this after having a cast for a broken bone. So this is another important benefit of face exercises that bones do not shrink as fast. Thank you Peta!

Oh. My. God. When you talked about the skull shrinking and how that affects the muscles and means we can find it hard to move those muscles describes PERFECTLY what I have been experiencing! I've noticed that things feel "heavier" on my face as if all the muscles are weaker! Wow Peta! I hope I can reverse the signs of aging I've been noticing on my face lately with your help!❤️

Your explanation about facial bone shrinkage makes so much sense. I have noticed my face looking "shorter", and more compressed over the past months, and one day, the jowls just appeared. Initially I thought it might be water retention or facial weight but I'm already below the BMI for my height. Now it all makes sense to me. Thanks Peta for the explanation. I've been doing your facial ex for the past 2 years but I realised I didnt do them well as I didnt consciously visualise and use the muscle groups that I was supposed to be working. Needless to say I see very little improvement, all my own doing. I'm going to join your gym soon, and learn to do your exercises properly, and hopefully, get better results from this point on!

Another great video. I do this exercise and it's amazing. Even though I'm 67 (and my skin is bunching over my shrinking jaw (lol) it's given me a significantly firmer jawline - and I think that after watching this video I'm going to get even better results.. Thank you again Peta.

I like that you speak of energy. I am a espert of olistic medicine but didn't know facialist. In the last months I learnd from few orientalists and now you. Hi Peta, I’m trying doing the jowls exercises, because I really needed it enormously but I’ve developed two vertical muscles in each side of my neck right under each jowl and I’m wondering if this is normal or is the result of me doing it wrong. I’m also like to thank you for your clear explanation on every video.

Very thankful to Peta mam before 4years when my cheeks became so loose and bony structured I was so depressed and I want to going for cheeks filler injection but when I saw your video and try this on me it will change my life. Thanks Peta for another great video. I heard from dr. Berg on youtube you need K2 to keep the calcium in the bones and out of the organs, with too much calcium you will loose bone density and harden the organs, this keeps calcium at the right place.

Dr. Berg also says you have to take D3 along with K2. Apparently the D3 collects the calcium in the bloodstream and the K2 pushes it into the bones.

Hi Peta: I am following along with all your series 3 facial exercises. I am doing the jowls right now. All my problems are in my lower face, especially the vertical lines on my lower face. By lifting the jowls and cheeks, will this help the vertical lines? Thanks

Mish, you have to follow the program exactly to have results. Just follow the routines and you will see changes over time.

Hi Peta. I Love your updates. I don't know if you have mentioned this before on other videos, but I have been using glycerine on face, hands, feet, hair and arms and I am loving the results. There are so much softer. I hope you enjoy this beauty tip.

Elaine you can add dissolved vitamin c powder in destiled water into the glycerin. One teaspoon of L-ascorbic acid dissolved in two teaspoons of destiled water and add 100 ml of glycerin. You can buy L-ascorbic acid in every pharmacy, it’s cheap, but very clean and effective ingredient. I use that combination on my face very long and I’m so satisfied with the results.

Yes as Lorraine mentioned - Gravity, but also because you might be sleeping with your mouth open, which stretches the skin around the mouth which creates pouches. These are very hard to get rid of once you have them thru facial exercise.

Just a little queries about this exercise 1) While i am pushing my roof of mouth with my tongue, do i do it with the tip of my tongue or whole front part of my tongue? 2) And when i do it against my teeth do i need to clench my teeth or let my upper or lower jaw stay apart? Hi Momna, you press your tongue to the back of your teeth. Automatically your mouth will be opened. Do not clench your teeth when doing this exercise. Possibly go back and watch the video and watch what I am doing.

I was doing weight resistance training..l loved it before I became asthmatic and once treated with asthma preventer got hooked. A specialist a year ago gave me Intal instead with zero side effects in the decades it’s been used. I comment for anyone trying to recover. When I did weights my face changed across the cheekbones....it was a great look, it was horizontal more or less, another friend got the same look. More like a natural ancestral Eastern European woman I would have had. An interesting face change. Your face is so good.

When you said to squeeze the upper cheek do you push your tongue the back of ihefront teethed I push to upper or the lower teeth? I found if I push the lower teeth it seems to work better.

Hi W Cashmere, I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, if putting the tongue on the lower teeth seems to work better that is fine, Peta has a program which we must follow if we do the exercises as Peta tells us we will achieve the best results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. Hi Peta ❤I found this video particularly interesting and informative. My main concern is loose skin around the jowl area and having had a lot of dental issues, including extractions, it now makes more sense what has happened. I shall focus on your suggestions during my facial workouts and hope to make a noticeable improvement. Thanks for all you do to help people and your own striking results are a testament to your efforts and the effectiveness of your programme.

Having trouble with this exercise. Confused with pushing my tongue to front of teeth. My tongue goes btw my teeth ir back of bottom teeth. I don't feel much movement.

Hi peta, I have been extremely sick recently and have noticed the effect it has left on my face. I have lost tone in the lower part of my face and discovered jowls along the jawline. (Very distressing.) just wanting to know when doing the exercise is it right to say you can feel the tightness along the jawline? , which I feel when placing my hand there. many thanks Ps I may also need to work on lifting and toning my lower face.

Hi June, I am so sorry to hear that. My best advice is to start the program fully. You cant just lift one side of your face or just do one area of your face, you need to practice the full face routines. Hi Peta, I have been doing the exercises for a very long time and now I seem to have gotten very strong muscles around the mouth and it makes my marionette lines look deeper and large. What is your advise?

Hi Anthony, when you do the exercises around that area do not use as much muscle effort. Every time people get wrinkles is when they are doing too much, not following the program or using too much muscle effort. So, just back off when you exercise those muscle groups. 😀
