Oh my!! This resonated so deep! Story of my life! I had an internal change this am that reflected on the outside and it felt soooo natural and beautiful to express. My SO questioned why I did what I did and I didn’t care that he didn’t agree. I just went with what felt good and I let him argue with himself!! Fiancé and I had our first, I gave up my friends and everything. We broke up. Tried again… now have another child and I gave up my job that I love to be a stay at home mom that I was making money and thriving in, my finances, my peace of mind, my time, my love, my friends, my family, my first car, doing my make up everyday because I’m so busy, my just overral being and independence now he’s trying to get rid of my new found love for gardening and also giving up our home because his mom wants to move in, whom I don’t even like who wants to steal my motherhood and have my daughter call her mom along with his sister. I’m suppose to do exist? and I just am at the point where Now it’s our home - my privacy and my motherhood? I’ve freaking had it. I seriously, I am a shell of my self. He’s “ sacrificed” so much, yet works the same hours, doesn’t help with the house.. I just don’t know how much more I can give up to make sure everyone is happy because my happiness is so depleted. I have to beg for an identity. My bags are still packed from an argument last night.

I fele like swotching energies stc is all the little moments building up to it but also obviously needing to be aware that its happening…. And aiming for it in each moment and breathing! To be aware. And that often does mean we neglect a fee other things we are working on but for me this was 110% more important …. If i dont lose enough weight as quickly as i wanted and im behind 1 week on that - no big deal because my mindset / schedule is going to affect it in the long run more than whether or not i go today versus making sure my husband knows xyz and that its MY decision and getting my kids also in their new routine.

bingo- my ex keeps coming back and looking for me at the gym. Im homeless. I asked him to move on and let me be in peace so I can learn to love myself and go to school. I keep saying no more intimacy. We always end up doing it. I hate it because I love him. He doesnt want a relationship though.
