I don’t know if I identify with this one. I have been in a deep period of bereavement and recognize that it may continue the rest of my life. Life is grieving. I know that I am free, while pain is apart of life. Deep down we are all suffering to some degree. It is about taking time and pacing ourselves every time we sense pain, to readjust and find the tears upon (re)connecting. Throwing yourself into life's activities may be healing for some; for others it might prove a useful distraction to the pain whilst healing takes place unseen. For others it may do nothing at all. What if someone puts their life on hold in order to heal but never achieves it? What if someone needs the love of another to help them heal, but avoids this because they are being told healing has to the done by loving themselves? It's too complicated.

@terrytowelling8114 for sure we do in different ways. But what Ali says in the video is that we pretend to be healing by moving on or throwing ourselves into life activities and we're not. I've done it before many times and when I thought I achieved something different, the pain blew up on my face and that's how I learned. But yeah, it's very complicated and each one of us needs to find our own path. 🙏

6 weeks ago, a senpai broke my ribs during class, and a woman broke my heart over text. Both within days of each other. Been healing, but could do better. It’s strangely fitting that my body gets shut down to force me to focus on the heartbreak, because the underlying problems are central ones that really need to be solved. So maybe this isn’t meant for me! I am not the docile puppy! They test the seeing eye dog puppies by turning them over on their back while being held in a persons hand. The docile puppy stays on it’s back and is ideal to become a seeing eye guide dog. The non docile puppy will instantly try to flip itself upright. I’m the puppy that flips!

The time it took to get me in the place of the need to heal took a few years. I try not to think about the situations that took place. Learning patience and forgiveness not only forgiving myself but the people things and situations that happened I believe IV came along way and yes I wish it would hurry 😊. LOL. Your accurate on the message. Uggg I get triggered sometimes it moves me back and I question what just happened. That happened last night to be exact. So I believe I allowed someone to hurt me. I recognize that I was blaming them for my pain because they acted a certain way seemingly like they were judging me, but I know that they have to work through their own process of healing 🙏. They cheated while I had a drinking problem for almost a year then I quit drinking and smoking and get pregnant all in a month and find out about it. Then they cheated the whole time during and after pregnancy up until a few months ago (maybe who knows) and I'm supposed to still wipe the slate clean while now getting evicted because I've been unable to figure out how to work with 3 kids and not enough money for daycare.
