Had to call off work today because Graves’ disease has been doing me in and I’m still very young, 25, and am already losing who i am, physical freedoms, and my creativity which was dancing, to this disease. Doctors do nothing but play in my health which is discouraging! On top of that i also have met people in my short lifetime who are syphoning my energy or digging and spying into my energy even when we are no longer in contact /: it’s tiring and feels like I’ve been doomed in this life.

I am doing trauma therapy around sexuality. Today we talked about my first experience and how it instilled a distorted sense of self and of relationships as a whole. A lot of shame. Today I will be reviewing my 7th step in my 12 steps recovery journey. This step is about humbly asking my Higher Power to REMOVE my defects of character(selfishess, being judgmental, sloth, aggression, etc). I started a daily prayer practice 2weeks ago. 🙏🏼 I've always had depression and low energy And, I have been experiencing pulsing pelvic pain(yes , I see a doctor lol) Thank you Island Turtle

I had a shower meditation the other day where cutting off the cyst was the imagery that I was guided to while removing what's not serving for the highest good of all. Like a zit. My most recent ex treated me like I was never enough at a time I was finally solidifying my belief and practice of reminding myself that I am so it felt like a much tougher blow than if I had dated him at my lowest and I’m still tying to rebuild from it now. I left real damn quick but he believed money may win me over so now my room is full of cute and functional items.
