Example: receipts, invoice and so on It includes detail transaction of that Name of the firm, date of transaction, amount , with the help of accountant can record journal entries and subsidiary books ❤❤❤❤

I really admire ur service.....because many peoples studied these concept through by heart method..... As far as I know account teachers in school or colleges....taught how to prepare accounts as per rules only.....no one can interpret these concepts.....many times I thought.....why this much difficulties we felt while studying accounting.. Sir in compound journal enrty in cash a/c ledger if we have made credit transaction we should not entry in ledger of cash a/c sir?

No we should not

Because the credit purchase or sale transaction doesn’t affect CASH A/c. Later when you will pay or receive money then cash a/c will be affected.

Sir, please take an example of such a journing entry in which we received the payments from three persons in full settlement giving them a cash discount of 10%, and then post this type of entry in the ledger. Not even a single teacher has stii solved my this problem, please.

1. teacher akash we get a money so its asset and before it was liability know laibility less or decrease in debit so 18000 its debit and the 2000 aloowed discount is only credit if i wrong teacher 2. Rayan we get a cash how it be credit in cash account

Sir in the 4th entry how is Ryan having a debit balance??? Ryan is a creditor right and we are paying him 9000 so liability is decreasing correct ???and if liability is decreasing it should have a Debit balance na.

There is no balance left in Ryan account.

Ryan is a liability account so it will always have credit balance but here his account is settled so there’s no balance left.

We purchased 10,000 worth of goods from Ryan which increased credit balance of 10,000 Then we paid 9,000 cash and got discount of 1,000 so that entire 10,000 credit balance was netted off.

Bank A/C Dr. To Bank Loan A/c Your bank balance has increased so you have to debit the bank account because it’s your asset. And you have to credit bank loan account because you have to pay that money back (liability).

Yes, you need to prepare different ledgers for those accounts because Discount allowed is an expense while discounts received is an income and as such, you can't combine the two items in a single ledger. Sales is a revenue and sales return is an expense. The two need separate ledgers too.
