Key learnings: 1- EV/EBITDA is better matrix of valuation for the high debt companies. 2- Demerger of any company from the company which is part of N50 or the other indices may lead to fall in the price of share because of selling pressure from the ETF's & Index funds because the demerged company is no longer the part of index!

You can buy 4 shares so that you've 10 in total. And will get 1 share of ITC Hotel. Otherwise no share allotment for less than 10 shares.

How have you calculated Market cap without the EBITDA? You've conveniently said you don't have the net profit and not mentioned EBITDA anywhere in the presentation. Market cap is product of EV and EBITDA. If base case EV is 25. How did you get 30k cr market cap???

Market cap is the product of number of share and share price. Total share we know. Market cap can be calculated by the expected price of itc hotel value.
