I completely agree that we need to take care of ourselves! I am a full-time working mom, but have been a stay at home working mom during quarantine and it’s been tough to fit in time to do things for myself. I do like waking up before everyone else so I can get ready and have some time to myself. I find that helps a ton. Good work on this video!

Quarantine addition 😂 ugh so over this! I am way more productive when we get ready. Yesss I feel the burnout! My kids have always been early risers 😑 lol like 5am-6-am wake ups. You are so lucky she sleeps in till 8-9 😂 I love natural lighting too. It is def a mood booster!

Doesn't apply to me since I never stopped working but my husband and I are considering me being a SAHM if we have a second baby so this has been informative. Also, you sound like you used to be a teacher... or a counselor before SAHM life!
