Nguyen Technique is NOT authentic or total-Vietnamese Phin-Drip coffee. ....the ground coffee needs to be put in the phin first and pour little hot water into there (just enough to expand the tiny ground coffee little by little like 2 mins - yes it takes take)...then now pour the hot water into the phin. now it is actual vietnamese drip-coffee waiting time,,,it takes 2-5 mins to complete the drips (seriously YES) ,,,,and the dripped coffee is very very thick and strong!! if I were young , I would take on Nguyen for doing this since her Vietnamese drip-coffee introduction is not total/authentic vietnamese technique!
