Sai Baba's Emphasis on Naam Smaran

In this clip, Vinnyji talks about the importance of Naam Smaran and reading the scriptures. Baba always asked His devotees to be in constant remembrance of God. Vinnyji points out that even our scriptures such as the Bhagavad Gita emphasise this, and goes on to add that when we give up the body, we becomes the object of our thought, being absorbed in it by constant contemplation. To attain Sadgati, it is important to do one's Sadhana and become habituated to remembering God at all times, for we do not know which moment may be our last.
Vinny Ma speaks about two devotees - Lakshmibai Khaparde and Vijay Anand Swami, who were asked by Baba to chant "Raja Ram" and read the Bhagavat respectively. In fact, Baba had asked Mr. Vaze to read the Ram Vijaya to Him again and again, day and night, before His Mahasamadhi.
