Several takeaways from this Saicast. 1) Spirituality is not a part time affair. It has to be a non stop 24 x 7, 365 days a year life long commitment till we breathe our last. 2) knocks & shocks of life have to be welcome as it toughens the soul akin to an ornament given to a gold smith. Unless it goes through the treatment in fire & gets beaten down by the black smith it cannot emerge as the shining gold ornament. All the dross in us have to be melted in the crucible of life experiences. 3) this is a most important point to be remembered by the sadhaka. U r the chosen one by the Lord for the high mission of elevation to great spiritual heights so that we become worthy of carrying out Swami's mission. 4) what is Swami's mission? To lead all the struggling souls Godward. 5) Paradoxically higher the degree of surrender, equanimity of mind & the noble silence achieved, the sting of grief, sorrow, misery is felt lesser to that extent. It is as if Swami has administered anesthesia to us. 6)For a devotee , every word of Swami must be a Veda. i.e. they must be accorded the highest respect, seriousness, regard they deserve & implemented to the T. In short this Saicast can be termed as a distilled primer for a sadhaka who wants to walk on the royal highway , the path of spirituality to God realisation. For us we are so fortunate, He is our Guide, the Goal & the Support all the way. 🙏Jai Sairam
