Allowances bahut low hai....but SAIL is best PSU for Mechanical, Metallurgy, Civil

@@munnadev3411 bhai mechanical ke liye IOCL,BPCL,BHEL,HPCL ye sab ke baad SAIL ,coal India ,NTPC me jaa sakte ho... maximum mechanical wale SAIL bhi opt karte hain..training ke baad direct E3 (61800 basic) se start hoga... promotion bhi achha hai... bus kuchh allowances kam hain baaki koi issue nhi hai NTPC me after training(next financial) E2(50000 basic) milega.... Electrical wale NTPC/PGCIL/DVC prefer karte hain...
