Rather, sail the jib out of your hand and work on the mainsail. Then it is easier not to overturn even in a gust. For everyone who has a 420 boat, it sails solo, it is really a lot of fun

to solo it just depends on weather and weight and expirience

I'd say you'll need an asym for solo spinnaker, so conversion is necessary and fix a sprit to bow
