With the problems Canada has been having with US boats "busting the border," I'm not surprised that they took the time to unscramble the situation.

For those that don’t know there is a joint American Canadian patrol , The boats have an American 🇺🇸 coast guard member and a Canadian Federal police officer , The boats could be either American or Canadian , The purpose is that is some one thinks they can just jump the border and get away forget it if running into American waters they the patrol can chase you and the other way also ,

The Americans check Canadians very closely also in the Juan islands Washington state
