(I don't know how I missed this episode of 'thrust'n'parry', reminiscent of a cross between an Errol Flynn and Linda Lovelace flick, but it has suddenly appeared on my feed.) Yes, the bleeding scotch thistle invaded Oz too, but you only find it growing in fertile soils. And the horses love it. There's a message in that fact somewhere! *chuckles* But don't tell Dawns Mum, please. She might think that the Scots have sown their seeds indiscriminately in the colonies...or something like that!

I sure hope Dawn's mum has a good sense of humour! :-)

You have it mixed up with 'Shagger's Rock', and if you see any Enzedders up there wearing gumboots, there might just be some sheep involved. They tell me that the sheep push back when being shagged on the edge of a cliff! I dunno about the truth of that, as I heard it in a ruck playing against an South Auckland side some years ago!

I’ve got a question for you...Dinghy not withstanding, would it be possible for you to mount a windvane on the transom or is it effectively blocked by the doghouse/arch etc?

Yes. thought about it.. but it would be a tough fit.. so decided on just doubling up on electrical autopilots and adding more power..

I thought " Shag Rock" would have a different shape.
