I love the Azores I saw my painting on the wall in the background of your video. I think we were the only crew ever in all of recorded history to paint the Labrador flag on that wall That guy you interviewed is a legend… I’m waiting until I turn 70 to sail back to the Azores. I think I had the most memorable meal of my whole life in Pico… I especially like Sao Jorge… it’s the best. Thanks for doing this video.

The Labrador flag is in fact one of the paintings that stuck in our heads most - never seen it before! How cool that you are the one that painted it. São Jorge was also one of our favourites - our next episode. Such a special and beautiful island-great you are returning!🙂 I‘m sure we will as well some day.

Thank you so much for highlighting Yrvind! He's building a new boat and puts out a youtube video every day. He's a interesting person to watch. A simple man for sure, but he's very clever and has a great heart and love for the ocean. From what I can tell, he is not a man of means.
