Unfortunately, our Family had planned a weekend in the Mountains. With Jon and Loretta taking vacation this week, David home from the hospital after several months of intense therapy for anxiety, we thought a ski Holiday was in order. Andy, your guitar is the life blood of The Family's sailing channel, beside the occasional welding projects assembled, we wish you the success of a lifetime with this marvelous intro of "The Band" getting back together. It seems to me if you are struggling with money then maybe you should consider delaying your departure as every video just lately you are telling us how tight things are it was your decision to stop working then manage to finance a new bot

We’re fine, we’re not loaded but we make enough to live on and have a fairly low budget for boat work so it’s a little bit of a struggle having a bit extra is kinda of handy. Thank you for your financial advice. But despite the fact we’re earning enough money to live on just fine, doing a little fund raiser will be fun and helpful. Or maybe you’re suggesting that sailing should be reserved for people with so much money they never need to consider raising a little extra? Interesting 🤨 One thing I’m planning to do is earn some money. Oh….. wait a minute. That’s exactly what this gig is for. To earn some money. Im not asking for a handout. I’m using my skills to earn money. Im fairly sure you do the same.

@@SailingMelody Dear Melissa and Andy. I also don't really know why you created this deadline. I still don't understand why it is necessary to start sailing in spring respectively early summer? Are the marina and storage costs for both Melodies eating up your scarce money/income? As you know, I'm a long term and loyal subscriber (unfortunately with too less money too 🙈). Watching your vids I think to see that you put yourselves under a lot of stress (and this is usually not healthy). I hope that everything will go well for all of you. Good luck with the fundraising concert. Y'all will have a lot of fun playing together again. Best regards, luck and especially health to all involved people.
