They should fly a kite on those downwind passages, much quicker and more aesthetically pleasing than wing on wing.

Sagt mal, was macht ihr denn mit dem Boot wenn ihr zurück seid? Schon Pläne - wir hätten da auch welche und schauen gerade mal “durch Zufall” nach der Garcia. Ihr seid ja scheinbar wirklich zufrieden damit.

Ncie sailboat! -- QUESTION - @01:56 what is that on the side of the hull deck seam just below the deck. It looks like peeled paint and them a long line of either dust, dirt or corrosion?? What is that and did you scrape against something? How was that cuased?

@@grandlargeyachtingrallyI’ve seen Pete Goss talk about the benefits of a centreboard and not tripping up on the keel going downwind…is this why it doesn’t rock?
