This video made our day. The contrasting city vs boating life was stark. I could see how you would get awed and yet it was obvious when enough was enough. Shocking how much you loved the little sail boats. Once a sailor, always a sailor. You all are such warm people. I know you all have changed the way I view and live my life. Thank you for that and the positive difference you have made in so many lives. You should be very proud of your contribution.

Whoever did the fade from the city to Delos flowing over the waves...... that was freaking POWERFUL. Supremely accentuated the overwhelming power of the city to the calming power of the sea. Well done! You guys and gals are getting just SO good at editing it's a trip to go back to the early days to see how accomplished you become.... every week now I find myself looking forward to putting Delos on the big screen, popcorn and IBC rootbeer in hand..... and chilling just before crashing. It makes for some nice dreams................ Thanks all.

i have yet to find a bunch of sailors that have more fun than delos, the adventures, the people they meet, the cruising, the filming, the editing, the smiles. this channel should be watched more than some of those reality tv shows. my friends and i spend whole days binge watching from the beginning in the winter months, and it never gets old.

19:40 to 21:30 That was pretty cool: the distinction between the quiet cruiser life and the loud sounds of the city. Pretty thought provoking monologue too and the cuts from the calm of the ocean to chaos of the city... I got goosebumps.

Long time ago a friend traveled to Brazil. After a couple of weeks he ran out of batteries for his Walkman (Yeah, that long ago). Unfortunately none of the shops in the area of town where he was staying seemed to have them. Not speaking Portuguese, he started asking people. He eventually attracted a small crowd. Everybody was trying to be helpful, trying to breach the language barrier and apparently debating the issue. They called a cab. The cabdriver took him half way across town and dropped him in front of a big shopping mall. A little bit confused about how difficult it was, in these parts of the world, to buy some ordinary batteries he entered the mall, found a shop assistant and to the best of his abilities, explained himself. After some consideration the shop assistant smiled, nodded and told him to follow. He led him through various departments, up the floors into the depths of the mall and introduced him to another shop assistant ... who spoke English. And that man reassured him, that he had come to the best place in town, by far, to buy a proper drum kit. Also, if he was looking for that, they had a huge selection of percussion thingys. Turns out it was not very helpful, to say "I want to buy batteria, batteria". Have a wonderful day you all!
