Just started watching you guys after a break from KZbin. I am back and immediately re-hooked! And you came right through my area and I missed you! There are a few drinks and even a dinner ( and maybe just a few 😁 treats for the pups) for you if you come through Solomons, MD again. You are living my dream...keep it up you two! Great stuff, Bobby! Taylor seems like a low stress, low maintenance, boat savvy crewmate. And Goose, always the "lady's man" seems to like her, as does Mav. I said this on an earlier post, but you seem more relaxed than at any time in the last 2+ years. The boat is simply beautiful! Although you have been "on the air" without interruption somehow it seems appropriate to say "Welcome Back!"

I agree, Taylor is a very nice improvement. Laura was nice to look at but I just got tired of how she always was snippy with him. He does seem happier and more relaxed and I am sure that has a lot to do with having his own boat just as much as new less stressful crewmembers.

I enjoyed watching this video. I really like the older boat. The fact it is not new and needs a few repairs or updates just adds to the channel. Like, what will they update next? Taylor appears to be a great crew member. I like her excitement. I'm glad to be back watching again.

I totally agree with parker. He is right on and I'm enjoying your videos again and as he said "Welcome Back" . Taylor is a welcome addition. I would think it would be difficult with the dogs but I couldn't leave my dogs at home. I know how you feel. Your videos are so refreshing now with Taylor.

Great to see the new boat and the Doodles on the move! Nice work replacing the old eisenglass. The overhead drone shots really show the scale and future sailing capabilities of the boat. Especially impressive is the size of the foretriangle with that huge bow sprit! She is going to really be fun down wind. Let the adventures (and maintenance video begin) !

I know this is late, but, too many stitches too close is a sure fire way to cause the clear plastic to shred at the sewn line. Otherwise, fair winds, enjoy and sail along! Great video, thanks for sharing, good luck !!!!

Bobby, when I redid the dodger on our Dana 24, I used Tenara thread available from SAILRITE, very easy to use with a sewing machine, this thread is unaffected by UV rays, harsh cleaning agents, pollution, saltwater, rain, snow, cold, or rot.....

Taylor seems cool. I like how newbies do the multiple wardrobe changes, makeup, hair, etc. (guys too) when they first become a cruiser. Eventually its shorts and swim tops. LOL

Hey Bobby, love the new boat...such classic lines...a favorite design of mine. Used to race a Schock Santana 20 around Newport CA and a variety of Hobie Cats...but my Favorite was a pristine Cheoy Lee 31 off shore ketch. Their reputation may not have been the best but ours was very well maintained! Taylor seems like great crew for ya and I hope you have fair winds and following seas on this new adventure!!!

Great vid. Watch for steps with holes and slots that the dogs can get their nails hung up in. I've heard of dogs getting a claw pulled out coming out of a RV. Beautiful dogs. I always wanted one.

Glad you showed how easy it is to replace items on the boat. I’m sure it’s much cheaper to replace just the glass and diy than buy a new one. HI Tahylor. Elora? Originally from Kitchener/Waterloo. Enjoy your cruising life! Bobby, use some coloured waterproof tape and mark the chain in 10 ft increments. Change colour at 50 and repeat. Works for me!

Really like the new boat, congrats. With my Lab, any stomach troubles are fixed by fasting 24 hours, then small meals of plain rice and hamburger or chicken. Then slowly reintroduce normal food.
