Looks pretty sweeeet over that part of the Med! Might need to get a wriggle on and get over there :) Be fun to catch up if we cross paths!

Yeah for sure! We're hanging around the med for the next year so good chance we'll cross paths at some point :)

Generally enjoying your channel and have subscribed. The only thing for me is the music. Please consider: (1) whether a soundtrack is actually required. You have a sailing not a music channel so where appropriate, leave in the background sounds; (2) reduce the volume, it's far too loud; (3) ensure any soundtrack complements the video and (4) it's really annoying for the music to keep suddenly starting then abruptly stopping. Perhaps keep the same soundtrack playing then reduce volume further during a 'talkie' bit?

Hello! Thank you for subscribing and glad you are enjoying the vids :) We appreciate your feedback, as when working on the videos it's sometimes a little difficult to notice these things. We'll take it on board, we're are always trying to improve our videos!

Haha thanks Julz :) was thinking of you guys! Hope you're well, I enjoyed hearing about your last trip, any future travel plans?
@juliastephens18056 жыл бұрын
Nothing planned at the moment (got to work and get some money!) but hopefully a smaller trip early next year or maybe tonga later in the year to swim with the whales. Bens parents just did it and said it was absolutely amazing. Would also love to visit @@SailingKawai on one of her voyages. Might not be until 2020 though... will have to see how the finances are travelling next year post Xmas.

Hey guys 👋🏻 Just wondering if there is a feature in your fancy map where you can be alerted if you lose Anchorage? Love the vids 👌🏻👌🏻😀
@SailingKawai6 жыл бұрын
Hey Todd, hope you're well mate! Not that we have found on the fancy map but my fancy watch has an anchor alarm which we have been using but by the time we woke up and got upstairs at that anchorage we would have been on the shore :) Say hi to Mila for us!

Trying to watch this but the sound quality is not good. Having to turn the volume up and down all the time, not good.
@SailingKawai5 жыл бұрын
Hello! Yeah sorry about that, we weren't aware of the audio problems when we first started but from video 10 onwards you should hear an improvement. Thanks for watching :)

my wife and I really love your videos but the audio is terrible. we can rarely understand the conversation of everyone.

Hi Mike, sorry, we weren't aware in the beginning but have tried really hard to improve it from video 10 onwards. Hope you hear the improvement! Thank you for watching :)

sound levels are terrible and allmost embarreble to watch and it is really sad as the content seems to be interesting.
@SailingKawai5 жыл бұрын
Hi Martin, we have had mixed opinions on the audio, sorry it's hard to hear. I assume you mean it's too low? We are trying to improve the audio, so hopefully from video 10 it's much improved. When making the video it seemed fine on our computer, but I understand if the levels aren't right it can sound a lot worse on other devices. Hope you can hang in there while we work on it!

I know it is almost impossible to satisfy all viewers😊. My observation is just to help you in getting a better quality vlog. I know a lot chooses RODE microphones as they are very versatile and good sound quality. Save journeys -from a viewer in the far north (Drnmark, Scandinavia)

I have subscribed, love the content, but the audio is really putting me off.mi don't just think it's the volume of the talking bit, but perhaps also it is a bit mumbly
