Adam & Khiara, What Adam said, "The lines up to Bermuda and across to the Azores are there for good." What an accomplishment. Those passages are permanently written in your sailing resume, regardless of the conditions. Good planning and good luck make for your so called "cake walk". Bottom line, you cake walked across a lot of water; deep water. Well done. Very proud of you both.

I grew up on the island of Terceira in the Azores..haven't been back since the mid 80s. Riding bareback over rock walls, standing at the cliffs...watching bullfights after school in the middle of the roads. I would go out into the ocean with my dad on tugboats and watch planes land in Lajes Field. What a time it was. Was so glad to see this video.

The past several videos are epic story telling culminating with leaving your mark ! Well done. Milly was just letting you know for the past couple years that the three of you can do this but she needed some help from the two of you. She thanked you greatly.

Opened up for our Tuesday morning episode Of "Millie". Doom and Gloom, no sound, about to commit "Harry Curry", Aussie version of Japanese Hara-Kiri. Played around for about 40 minutes with no joy and spat the dummy. Re-opened this afternoon and all systems go. Our illustrious Telco's had shut down our tower for the day. Now back to you, your hovercraft filming was spot on, your close ups were spot on and we were not surprized that Khiara scoffed 4 digestive bickies in one go. Stuck together ??? Khiara has always been a chocky addict, love ya. 8 kms is only a short stroll for you 2, even if you have been at sea for a fortnight ish. Keep living your dream.

Excellent job on the artwork Khiara! Put that image on the back of t-shirt/long sleeve/rashguard and I'd definitely buy one (or more!) The Azores are such a gorgeous place, wish I'd been able to explore while I was there in '98 (stop-over US Navy flight en route from Rota to St John & Norfolk). Congratulations on the successful crossing.

Loved the plaque. Great Job. Says 2200 from Bermuda and another 1000 to Portugal approximately. Really in the middle of absolute no where, but very beautiful when you were there. I have a feeling you lucked out. The Volcanoes were Old and New. I live in a spot where one blew up, (1914) and most likely killed a few people but we will never know I guess. Huge pumice rocks were thrown for miles. Hot springs and mud pits. crazy place , Lassen. Then there is Mount Shasta, 14,000 foot Volcano. Next to the north, Crate Lake. Would be tough to walk around it, its so huge. Our most beautiful Waterfall is Burney Falls. A lacy waterfall which emerges out of an underground lake.

I loved you talk about "Having the Bug." To see new lands...new cultures....to experience the world. I spent 10 years or so, on my 62' ketch, sailing around 150,000 miles, to sail into sooo many new experiences. Who my best friend has done the samething, has called it poison....that doing anything else in life, becomes intolerable to do. Knowing I could be anyplace in the world....as long as I had 6&1/2 feet of water!! With love...to see your life as it unfolds!😍 Jeffery......⚘

Khiara - Please don't be afraid to draw outside the lines. You did fine. Please don't doubt your ability to. This is in essence, what sailing or any adventure is all about. I've just bumped into you guys (probably yt related to Sailing With the Wynns, and I will be checking in on occassion. I dig your vibe, being a bit of a sailor myself, so I subscribed, hoping to you help you out in just a small bit, which is not something I often do, after only one view, but you guys seem legit.

Well, first of all .... .... CONGRATULATIONS for crossing the Atlantic!!! Now, "ISTHMUS" is a Greek word. It is a narrow strip of land that connects two larger landmasses and separates two bodies of water. Since you are on my side of the Atlantic, if your plan is to sail in the Mediterranean Sea and explore among all other places also my country, Greece, I would be delighted to meet you guys, and show you around some interesting places over here.
