bahamas birthday bash | 46 | Beau and Brandy Sailing
We love learning how to sail Saoirse in the Bahamas. The water is crystal clear, a new anchorage is always just around the corner, and the wind seems to be somehow blowing in the right direction.
Join in on this episode as we do JUST THAT!! We take a short sunset sail over to a new spot in Treasure Cay, so we can get better access to beaches.
We celebrate Brandy's birthday starting out with some ketoish chocolate chip pancakes. Just as we finish stuffing our bellies, Dan and Kika from Sailing Uma pull up on their dinghy with a boom box blasting "Happy Birthday". It was great! They whisk Brandy away while I let Oona out to shore. I take the time being alone to decorate. We do a little diving, snorkeling, beach bonfire, and fishing.
The next day we hoist the anchor and island hop on over to the next destination, Great Guana Cay. It was a beautiful day for a sail. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for the information. I can modify your design. One way to drill holes in tubing/pipe. You can use a electric ground clamp. Remove the screw and the screw hole becomes the drill guide.

Happy Belated BD Brandy. I just got back from sailing from St. Maarten back to Ft. Pierce on a friends 44 ft Pearson. 9 days and 9 nights. Sure wish we could have met up in the bahamas. @@BeauAndBrandyMop. For taking lobsters. Easier than that frog stabber you were using. and better for the lobsters. Don't forget about leaving the females behind. In case you didn't understand my other email a couple of weeks ago . You use a mop to catch the lobsters, you only have to stick it in their face and they are snagged up on the mop strings and that's all there is to it. That's why they are called spiny lobsters. please try it you'll love how easy it is to catch them and not freak every lobster under the rock away. . Also I might caution you about spearing fish so late in the afternoon as on previous videos , the only time i personally ever had a shark scare was just at sun down going after dinner . it was simple, he got his dinner, and I got well out of the brown water left behind ! But maybe things have changed, remember that was 1972 . Your doing a wonderful job of showing newbies what it's all about. Cheers, Fair winds . Capt. gary

I don't know if you watched UMA's videos but for the first 3 years it was boat repairs, boat upgrades, boat maintenance etc., and lately it seems its just party party party.
