The 'lights' were Starlink satellites. They glowed from the sun reflecting off them. If you watch, they will go through the colors of the light spectrum reflected off the panels. They disappear when the satellites move past where they reflect.

You two are true sailors. Doing it old school hank on proves that! (Either that or a roller is unaffordable!🤣) Beau is creative in his solutions and Brandy, besides being gorgeous, is one hell of a sailor. My favorite part of your boat is the fabric on the under side of your Bimini! I have sailed the world, but you guys make me look like a piker, doing it in a minimalist way. I really enjoyed the long form videos. Gives more of a taste of the real life on the ocean. It’s a tough life, but it’s one we choose for the serenity. Be safe, and Fairwinds.

Nice sail. You really need to sort out the autopilot problems and fix them. An autopilot is three extra crewmembers who you only have to feed voltage. When you have to hand steer for days fatigue will cause a safety issue. I had a bulletproof hydraulic AP that even steered in heavy seas downwind. If I had made offshore passages I would have had 2 APs, they are that important.

Beau & Brandy I was trying to look up the fire in Nassau and found this weird/interesting. Look at the time frame. Major Fire Downtown Nassau 3,222 forum posts 13 years ago Just in case your on one of the ships in port this morning. A major fire has closed nearly everything on Bay Street. The port authority is not allowing passengers to leave their ships. The fire has consumed the block where the Bacardi store is located. And the local news is showing live scenes, and it appears the fire is now spread to the Bacardi store. The fire is so large, that every fire unit on the island and airport has been dispatched. More info as I get it. So they had a similar fire 13 yrs ago that’s crazy

Starlink Satellites, when recently launched, line up in a straight line until each reaches its designated orbit. Lights you see are reflected light from sun that disappears once the origin of the light no longer is available. Not ufos.
