That was worth the wait and you four ? are amazing Maddie please try and use your bad foot practice keeping it inline and not to drag it but use the foot and leg even in pain just balance the weight as in pressure on the foot. Perhaps my need looking at again after what happened to it as a check up. Every thing is so good as always.

I had originally started following your channel during the time of your Russian lady friend who to this day I think was the best . During that period and up till just before you were not able to travel re Covid the lack of adventure has been quite prominent. Now with a baby on the way things are changing again including any sense of adventure unless one considers following a pregnancy an adventure. So I wish you luck and I may check in once in a while but I am seeking a sailing adventure. Take care and be safe. Andrew :)
